About PalCare

Compassionate care. Community heart.

Our mission is to provide compassionate, dignified and person-centred palliative, end of life and nursing care.

In a sector often dominated by large, impersonal franchises, we saw a need for something different. A service that doesn't just 'pop in' for 15 minutes, but one that takes the time to understand the person behind the patient. We support individuals and their families with respect, comfort and compassion at every stage of life's journey.

We are a person-centred organisation. We take time to listen, plan care around each individual, and review support as needs change. From day-to-day assistance to end-of-life care, every moment is met with care and compassion.
